A Research Project Turned into Innovation
We originated in the Intelligent Robotics Lab at the UJI, participating in the Amazon Picking Challenge. After years of development and rigorous testing, we evolved from a doctoral thesis into a company with patented products, focused on bringing advanced robotic solutions to the market.
An Innovation Project with Academic Support
COORYC is the result of the effort and dedication of a single founder, the inventor of our advanced robotic gripper, whose design and development were the core of his doctoral thesis.
Since 2017, this project has evolved from an academic prototype to a patented product, thanks to the creator's deep knowledge in every aspect of design and manufacturing.
Although the company is currently managed by one person, we have the support of the Universitat Jaume I as a Technology-Based Company (TBC), allowing us access to additional resources, specialized collaborations, and a close connection with the Intelligent Robotics, Biomechanics, and Ergonomics laboratories.
This relationship strengthens our ability to continue researching and developing high-quality products as we prepare to expand our team as the company grows. At COORYC, we combine a passion for innovation with academic support to offer collaborative robotics solutions that adapt to the evolving needs of the market.
